Built with a housing of rugged 14 gauge Cold Rolled Steel, every fixture is seam welded to provide a perfect seal.

The fixtures feature a one piece cold rolled construction door frame with door that opens on a continuous 16 gauge piano hinge (quarter knuckle) with a silicone-free, non-toxic black closed cell gasking to prevent light leaks.

Lens Security:

The lens is secured by thru studs and continuous 14 gauge holddown brackets that are vertically adjustable within the housing.

The optics of each luminaire are engineered for the best possible balance with a lamp location and reflector design that provides 89% minimum reflectance, and a lens opening which will provide uniform light levels. The fixture features Bi-pin base T12 fluorescent lamps and H.P.F. rapid start, 120 volt, Class PETL/CBM ballast.

Tamper-Resistant:

To prevent access by unauthorized personnel, the fixture is fastened by three stainless steel tamper-proof screws (McGuard standard) (for other fasteners, please refer to options page).

One Unit Assembly Option:

For maintenance, these fixtures offer a Power Assembly (a one unit assembly holding the ballast, sockets and reflector) which requires only one replacement part (refer to options page).

All Series LCMS Luminaires are listed by Underwriters Laboratories, and are CSA approved.
